As the Minister of Spiritual Leadership Development (SLD) for the Germantown congregation I'll like to welcome you to the SLD Ministry. The ministry includes:
¨ Serving - by being a Christian servant in word and deed
¨ Caring - by supporting the spiritual needs of the members of the congregation
¨ Encouraging - by challenging members toward spiritual growth in one's Christian life
I would be glad to discuss opportunities within the SLD Ministry or answer any of your questions.

To support individual members, families and the Germantown congregation as a whole in their spiritual growth by providing a well-rounded leadership program to all age groups of the congregation.
Goal
The SLD Ministry is to enable members to expand their knowledge and commitment to the Christian life by improving their skills; especially, the elements of leadership. The Ministry is to help families understand the responsibilites within the family unit and actively take on those roles. Within the congregation the SLD Ministry provides activities for members, individually and collectively, to grow spritually and assume more leadership opportunities within their daily Christian life.
