The Lads-to-Leaders/Leaderettes (L2L)  is a program to build skills and      knowledge to be used in the Lord’s church.  Children and young adults from third grade through college age gain experience in many areas that allow them to have the confidence and understanding to use their talents.  Some activities are team-oriented, while others are individual.  Some events are competitive and others are not.  There are many ways to be involved in the program.  The end result is a growth in spirituality for those who participate and the recognition of a job well done. Participation in the Germantown L2L program continues to increase each year!  Be a part of L2L!  Come join the excitement!

The Germantown church of Christ is very active in the L2L program.  The congregation continues to add L2L activities each year; but more importantly the congregation’s young people continue to increase their personal  involvement.
